We begin with single-family and small residential properties. You’ll learn how to analyze deals, finance them creatively, manage rehabs, and generate consistent cash flow. It’s the perfect training ground: accessible, practical, and loaded with lessons that will scale with you.
Multifamily investing introduces new layers, team management, economies of scale, and underwriting with NOI in mind. In this section, you’ll learn how to shift your thinking from unit-by-unit to systems-wide. Whether it’s a 20 unit or a 300-unit building, you’ll learn what it takes to step into true operational control.
Commercial real estate demands a different level of analysis and deal structure. Here, we’ll guide you through cap rate based valuation, leasing strategies, and creative financing structures. You’ll see how seasoned investors approach risk, reward, and long-term growth when stepping into offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
